سُمّيت SALHA تيمنًا بوالدتي صالحة. كانت تؤمن بأن كل ما نقوم به يجب أن يُنجز بصدق وصبر وعناية. لم تكن الطرق المختصرة خيارًا، وكانت الوعود بالنسبة لها شيئًا يجب الوفاء به.

ولا تزال كلماتها توجه كل ما نقوم به:

"لا تقدّمي إلا ما ترضين أن تقدّميه لأهلكِ. أتقنيه، أو لا تفعليه."

أصبح هذا المبدأ الأساس الذي بُنيت عليه SALHA.
