  • All prices are listed in AED or USD (depending on region) and include applicable UAE VAT.

  • Shipping Method: Local and international delivery via courier companies.
  • Delivery Times: Vary by destination; estimated times will be shared at checkout.
  • International Customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Salha products. If you're not satisfied:

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
