• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances are reasonably suspected.
• All prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include applicable UAE VAT, where required.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.
• Shipping Method: Delivery across the UAE and selected GCC countries via trusted courier partners.
• Delivery Times: Vary by destination; estimated times will be shared at checkout.
• International Customers: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Scarlet Whisper perfume is currently available for delivery within the UAE only.

Products purchased from Salha are for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial resale or distribution without written approval from Salha is not permitted.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent courts located in the UAE.

Salha reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our site after changes indicates your acceptance.
