Are your products organic or natural?

Yes, our oils are made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients. Whenever possible, we source certified organic ingredients. We never use synthetic fragrances, silicones, parabens, or harsh preservatives.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

We source our ingredients from ethically responsible farms and suppliers across the globe—such as cold-pressed argan oil from Morocco, and wild-harvested rosehip oil from Chile.

Are your oils suitable for all skin/hair types?

Absolutely. Our formulas are thoughtfully crafted to suit a wide range of skin and hair types—including sensitive skin, oily scalps, and dry textures. Each product page offers specific usage notes to help guide you.

How are your oils different from cheaper alternatives?

We use unrefined, cold-pressed oils in high concentrations, ensuring maximum nutrients and effectiveness. Many budget oils are diluted, over-processed, or contain synthetic additives—we never compromise on quality.

Do you use Preservatives in your products?

Yes, they are vital ingredients that prevent or reduce the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and molds in our products. We utilize preservatives within their safe regulatory limits.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes. Our entire line is 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.

Is there any fragrance or essential oil added?

Some of our oils contain therapeutic-grade essential oils in skin-safe concentrations, while others are completely fragrance-free. All scent details are clearly listed in our product descriptions.

How long does a bottle typically last?

On average, a 30ml face oil lasts 2–3 months with daily use. A 50–100ml hair oil can last 2–4 months depending on frequency and length of hair.

Can I use these oils if I have sensitive skin/scalp?

Yes. Our formulations are gentle and made without common irritants. We always recommend doing a patch test before full application.

Do you offer sample sizes or travel kits?

Can I use face oil if I have oily or acne-prone skin?

Yes! Face oils can help balance excess sebum and soothe inflammation. We have non-comedogenic formulas specifically made for oily/acne-prone skin.

When should I apply the face oil—before or after moisturizer?

Apply face oil after moisturizer to seal in hydration, or mix a drop or two into your moisturizer. For minimalist routines, it can be used on its own.

How many drops should I use per application?

Typically, 2–4 drops are enough for the entire face and neck. A little goes a long way with our concentrated blends.

Will this help with dark spots or hyperpigmentation?

Yes. Several of our oils contain naturally brightening ingredients like rosehip and turmeric that can help fade discoloration over time.

Can I use face oil under makeup?

Absolutely. Our face oils absorb beautifully and can act as a glow-boosting primer under makeup.

Is this safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Most of our products are pregnancy-safe. However, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider, especially if you're using products with essential oils.

How soon can I expect to see results?

You may notice a healthy glow within days, but deeper results like improved texture or tone typically appear within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.

Does this replace my serum or moisturizer?

It can complement or even replace them depending on your routine. Face oils are excellent occlusives, locking in the benefits of your serums and moisturizers.

 

Can I use this oil on color-treated hair?

Yes! Our oils are safe for color-treated hair and can help restore strength and shine lost during coloring or chemical treatments.

Should I apply the oil to my scalp, hair strands, or both?

For hair growth or scalp concerns, apply to the scalp.

Can I leave the oil overnight?

Definitely. Our hair oils are designed to be left in overnight or for a few hours before washing. You can also use a small amount on dry hair as a leave-in serum.

How often should I use the hair oil for best results?

2–3 times per week is ideal for most users. For intensive care or rapid results, it can be used more frequently.

Will this help with dandruff or itchy scalp?

Yes. Ingredients like tea tree, and rosemary help soothe inflammation, balance the scalp, and reduce flaking.

Does this oil make hair greasy or heavy?

No—our oils are lightweight and fast-absorbing when used as directed.

Can I use it as a heat protectant before styling?

Our oils provide light protection, but they’re not a substitute for a dedicated heat protectant.

 

What is the shelf life of your oils?

Our oils have a shelf life of 12–18 months after opening the bottle.

How should I store the oils to preserve their quality?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do you ship internationally?
