At Salha, we take great care in the quality, safety, and integrity of every product we create. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, haircare, and fragrance products, we maintain a strict and considered returns policy to protect our customers and ensure fairness.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage guidance carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, we are always happy to assist prior to placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

·        Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • You have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals fully intact

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Valid proof of purchase is provided, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue

All return requests are subject to review and approval.

 

Important Terms & Conditions

To ensure hygiene, safety, and to prevent misuse of our policy, please note:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances

  • Returns based on change of mind, personal preference, sensitivity reactions, or dissatisfaction with texture or fragrance are not eligible for return or refund

  • We are unable to assess how a product was stored or used once opened; therefore, such claims cannot be accepted

  • Return requests must be approved prior to sending any item back

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be processed or refunded

  • Refunds, once approved, are issued to the original payment method only and may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Refunds apply to the product value only; shipping fees, discounts, and promotional items are non-refundable

 

Shipping & International Orders

  • International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund

  • Delivery charges are refundable only if an entire order is approved for return

  • Partial returns are not eligible for delivery fee reimbursement

 

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.
If a return is approved, a new order may be placed separately.

 

How to Request a Return

To submit a return request, please email support@beingsalha.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging (showing the issue clearly)

  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt

If approved, you will receive return instructions. All items must be securely packaged for transit. Salha is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
